With over a decade of experience in the photography industry, Emily has found herself continually falling in love with documenting people and their relationships with one another. She aims to create artistic and honest photographs through both film and digital mediums.
Meet Emily
We knew Emily would be our perfect wedding photographer from the moment we first met her. We instantly felt like she understood our vision and we were drawn to her "documentary" style approach to the day – making sure that nothing felt posed or stiff, but rather aiming to capture the joy of the day as it unfolded. She helped us to feel comfortable and confident, and it felt like an old friend was there photographing our wedding. She made an effort to understand more about us as a couple and the important people in our lives, which was beautifully illustrated in our photos. Emily captured the small moments that not everyone sees. From the looks we shared while our loved ones were sharing speeches, to the candid reactions of our guests to hearing our vows — she was able to capture the magic of the day just as we remember it. We are so grateful to Emily for taking care of us on our wedding day, and would recommend her to anyone considering working with her. She was a dream wedding photographer!

As someone who feels quite awkward in photographs, and as a couple who had never taken professional photos together before - we wanted to find a photographer who could seamlessly blend into our wedding day without making anything feel staged or overly posed. We wanted to focus on celebrating and the people around us, not just taking photos. And that is exactly what Emily did. The photos were unreal. They were truly representative of the environment we were in - the lighting, the expansiveness of the mountain, she even captured how the air felt in the photographs somehow.
