about

Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember - a camera always in hand documenting my own life or looking through family photo albums at any chance I got. I love the feeling of nostalgia, the opportunity to be a part of a moment you crave to remember or may not have even been alive to experience.

A lot of my inspiration comes from photography books, movies, people watching, traveling, architecture, and my couples! Meeting new people is one of my favorite things, I believe you can learn a lot by just listening to the stories folks are willing to tell.

I'm a big fan of live music, a good veggie sandwich, and rewatching Gilmore Girls. In my free time, you can usually find me walking my dog Indy, planning a new adventure with my husband Brandon, thinking about starting a garden (it’ll happen one day), or cooking a new vegetarian recipe in the kitchen.

In fall of 2023, I got married on the rainiest October day to the love of my life. I've always drawn a lot of inspiration for my work from my own relationship and I feel that has only deepened after celebrating our own wedding day. Our wedding day truly felt like "us" and has only grown my passion for helping other couples to experience that.

MY PHILOSIPHY

I believe in documenting events artistically and honestly. Every moment that happens no matter how big or small is important to me, as long as there is emotion to back it. Photography means so much more to me than just documenting this one day of your life. I want you to look back at your photos and immediately feel those emotions all over again - the imperfect, tender, blurry, and candid moments that created your day.

Our relationship means a lot to me. That you trust me to be creative on your day while documenting every special moment for you to look back on. I feel incredibly lucky to work with open-minded, down-to-earth, and overall wonderful people, couples, and families.

Choosing to work with me means taking on a new friend who is committed to telling your story. I believe no two couples are the same and no wedding day should be “perfect”, your wedding photos should tell a complete story from beginning to end in an artful way.
