Lauren and Tom met while both attending school in Boston. They have spent the last few years growing their relationship here and thought there could be no better place to get married than their own neighborhood. Having family and friends flying in from all over, they wanted them to experience a rare opportunity for them all to share a good meal together.

From the beginning, Lauren and Tom told me they wanted a relatively relaxed day. They started the day in separate hotel rooms, getting ready with a small group of friends. Their first look was casual and authentic taking place in Lauren’s hotel room with their dog, Kaya, by their side. Opting for a first look allowed them to take all of their photos prior to the ceremony so they could fully enjoy their reception. We explored around Copley Square before heading toward their venue. The iddilic South End restaurant venue SRV was the perfect backdrop for their day. A ceremony with heartfelt vows flowed into cocktail hour on the back patio. Their guests enjoyed passed cocktails, apps, and a family-style meal. The celebrations continued with a bowling after-party that lasted into the night. The most wonderful day celebrating two wonderful people.
